The second single from Erotica, this song showed the lighter side of the album in stark contrast to the dark underground sound and theme of the title track. This was pure dance floor elation and she sounds absolutely joyous on this track. Who would have expected her to quote from the Sound of Music while also making a tongue-in-cheek sexual innuendo with the song’s title. I love the bridge and the Spanish guitar solo which follows which really shouldn’t work in a house tune but somehow does and from what I remember reading , it was her idea to include it – so genius! As much as I love that part I think I love the end even more when she is singing with Donna and Nikki and then makes the self-reference to Vogue – she sounds so full of life here and throughout this irresistible song. I may be in the minority, but I also love the jazzy rendition during RIT as much as the original and would love to hear this song live again in any form on a future tour.
